HireGenics’ PMO team is built differently than most MSPs in the marketplace.  One of the key differentiators of our PMO team is the level of subject matter experts (SME) we engage to lead our program office based on the client and the key labor categories. The SME gives our PMO the ability to have detailed, peer to peer conversations with key client leaders.  The net result is that our PMO SME is qualified to critically think and present solutions versus simply being a transactional manager of tasks.

As an example, a client with a predominantly IT-focused contingent labor program may have SMEs with backgrounds such as CTO, VP of Dev. Ops., Scrum Master, etc. The HireGenics MSP 2.0 Solution maintains the same basic process flow as a traditional MSP program, but the additional value provided by the IT SME enables our clients to get more done with fewer resources and lowers their overall total cost.
