2010

HireGenics is founded as a Payroll/EOR provider.
We begin with a focus on providing a superior white-glove talent experience from registration to onboarding to redeployment. Throughout it all, we support workers like a human resources team – providing access to actual humans whenever needed.
2011-2021
Organic global expansion.
As we succeed, so do our clients. Strong results lead to their expansion and enable us to organically grow our footprint from North America to a truly global presence.
2022
Acquisition & Innovation.
HireGenics acquires Volt Information Sciences, a global MSP and recruiting provider. We then set out to reinvigorate the contingent workforce management category by bringing unparalleled strategy, analytics, and operations to all aspects of MSP, EOR/Payroll, AOR/IC, and Direct Sourcing.

Art Knapp is hired as CEO. He, along with our full leadership team, bring decades of experience managing hundreds of programs and billions in spend.

2024
HireGenics is re-launched as a Higher Level CWM.
Under our new leadership, we’ve grown into a comprehensive contingent talent solutions partner, offering global best practices across all programs and on-demand analytics and AI tools to optimize performance across suppliers, rates, and talent.
