Raj Sardana
Global Chief Executive Officer, Innova Solutions Group
Raj is a successful entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience working with multinational companies across several industries, including investment and workforce management. He founded ACS Solutions in 1998 (rebranded to Innova Solutions in 2022); under his leadership, the company has expanded into a global organization that, along with its subsidiaries, employs more than 50,000 professionals worldwide and reports annual revenues approaching $3 billion.
Throughout the growth of Innova Solutions, Raj has remained committed to giving back to communities around the globe. Along with his wife, Nita Sardana—Vice President of Community Outreach and Corporate Giving—Raj has led Innova in its support of local U.S.-based non-profit organizations, including the YWCA’s Teen Girls in Technology Program, Women in Technology (WIT), and the Atlanta Food Bank. In India—where Innova has several offices and delivery centers—the company supports the Earth Saviours Foundation, an NGO located in Delhi that works to promote social consciousness and environmentalism.
Prior to founding Innova, Raj served as President and CEO of Applied Communications, Inc., a multi-media and technology company in Atlanta, Georgia. He also served as President and CEO of a multi-million-dollar private equity group with a diverse and extensive investment portfolio in the real estate, retail, and service industries.
Raj graduated from the Delhi College of Engineering with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and an Advanced Management Certification (AMP) from the Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania).

Art Knapp
Chief Executive, HireGenics
As our CEO, Art is responsible for the businesses’ growth and innovation strategies within the staffing and MSP sectors. Relying on his extensive knowledge of time-tested best practices, his main objective is to enhance the acquisition of talent while delivering a lower total cost of ownership.
With more than 30 years of experience in the Human Resources industry, Art has been responsible for over 250 clients and was the first person to develop a shared services off-site model to support on-site teams. He was also the first to establish an innovation and solutions organization within an MSP.
After earning a BA degree in Economics from Lafayette College, Art began his career in a sales capacity with Procter & Gamble. He spent 15 years with The Bedford Group, a company he co-founded, which was focused on executive search and human resource consulting.
As Chief Operating Officer of Chimes, Inc., Art expanded its revenue expanded by more than 500% during Art’s tenure. His active involvement in the sale of the company in 2006 set a benchmark for valuations in the industry.
In 2007, Art served as EVP of Global Services for IQNavigator, with his range of responsibilities including oversight of the entire Client Services organization’s Operations, Training, Functional Analysts, and Contracts Administration. Under his leadership, IQNavigator experienced historical growth—tripling its revenue in just 5 years.
A self-described “wine enthusiast,” Art resides in Florida with his wife, Rosemary; they have two sons—Steven and David.

Andrew Preston
Chief Executive Officer, HireGenics UK
As CEO, Andrew guides international operations with a focus on expanding the organization’s presence and building region-specific solutions to serve the needs of mid-market and enterprise clients.
Andrew began his career in a role with the NHS, and over the past twenty-plus years, he has gained extensive experience in the successful growth and development of FTSE 100 companies, PLCs, private equity backed groups, and private organizations.
Prior to joining HireGenics, Andrew served as Chief Executive Officer of Geometric Results, Inc., and over the last decade, transformed the business into a market leader.
Having received a myriad of awards throughout his career, Andrew has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential Leaders in Europe” and by the Global 100 as both “European CEO of the Year” and “Game Changer of the Year.”
Andrew resides in the UK and splits his time between Dubai and the South of France. He has three children and is an avid F1 and football fan.

Kristen McArdle
Senior Vice President, HireGenics Client Success
Kristen brings more than 20 years of experience helping enterprises design, implement, and mature their extended workforce management solutions. Her strengths are in building scalable teams and frameworks focused on delivering effective, quality solutions that delight customers.
Prior to joining HireGenics, Kristen helped build an industry-changing workforce analytics product and Customer Success organization that delivered intelligence on pricing, performance, and risk to large enterprises. She leverages deep industry expertise, defined customer objectives, and data-driven intelligence to help enterprises strategically manage their non-employee workforce.

Emily Costello
Senior Vice President, Client Engagement
With extensive experience in the talent industry, Emily’s focus is on elevating and reinventing strategic relationships between HireGenics and its valued clients. She brings a unique perspective to these relationships, infusing them with fresh insights and innovative approaches that reflect a deep understanding of the client’s needs and aspirations.
Prior to joining the company, she had a 25-year career at Robert Half. During her tenure Emily had the opportunity to launch many initiatives, lines of business, offices, and special projects. Emily was part of Robert Half’s Strategic Accounts group for 15 years. Most recently she oversaw the management of channel partnerships portfolio as Managing Director of Channel Relationships for the firm.
Emily attended American College in Atlanta where she graduated with a degree in fine arts and business administration. She served three terms as a board member for the Golden Key International Honour Society and volunteers at her church. Emily is the mother of three boys and loves spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Emma Holland
Director of Business Finance
A chartered accountant with over 25 years’ finance experience, Emma qualified with PwC and became an audit manager prior to moving into retail and then the staffing sector.
Before joining HireGenics, Emma was Group Financial Controller then Director of Finance for a market leading neutral vendor staffing business and played a key role in the successful MBO and subsequent growth of the business under PE backing ahead of its sale to a global workforce management business in early 2022.
Having accumulated a wealth of experience across financial management, strategic planning, M&A and cost optimization, Emma builds and leads highly successful finance teams and strives for excellence in all aspects of financial reporting and control.
